Eremo Gaudio hotel - www.eremogaudio.it. Once an orphanage - built by the famous Pirelli family, it became a hermitage run by the Church until 2000 when it became a hotel. It was extremely peaceful and the views were amazing. It felt like you were a bird on a perch over looking the world.
