Right outside of my hotel, there was a local artist who created cravings and paintings of local scenes in local clay. I passed by the store several times and window shopped, then stopped one day and made some great purchases. I actually was able to talk to the artist and have her explain the pieces and how they were created. Tiny town, lots to learn.
