Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper painting is within a church wall within this building which was built after the wars to protect the picture. It was the only wall not to fall during the wars. The painting is larger than you would expect and beautiful. Only 30 people are allowed to visit the picture for 15 minutes at a time which requires reservations. We traveled to Milan just to see this!
