The right side of the church, this side was the Passion and represented the death of Jesus. The art here is clearly more modern. Gaudi focused on the design of the church itself and not on the specific details like these. However, he left ideas of what this should look like and the feelings that it should invoke. The "little details" are throughout. The picture above has a person holding a cloth with Jesus's face on it, however, the person's face is blank representing the story of the maiden woman who wiped Jesus's face as he was walking with the cross. The figure on the very left is a figure of Gaudi himself. Posted by Picasa
