The Harpist. The artist spent days studying his wife, a harpist, to make this sculpture. He designed the fingers such that the musician appears to be playing, however, there are no strings on the harp. The other designers of the church insisted that there be strings on the harp, so the artist put them on, however right before the piece was mounted on the church, he took them off. They can't bring the piece down without risking damaging it, so it stays as is. :-)
